Robert Zeglarski advises film financiers, lenders and producers and screenwriters on all aspects of film finance.  Additionally, he is a member of Independent Filmmaker Project (IFP), the nation’s oldest and largest organization of independent filmmakers.

A brief sample of recent transactions:

• Represented lender in placing $600,000 loan to film production secured by state tax credits.
• Represented film production company in $10,000,000 private placement to finance slate.
• Represented investor in $1,500,000 financing of collateral for $15,000,000 loan for film production.

Robert has taught at the University of South Carolina Aiken where he served as an officer of the Faculty Assembly.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wake Forest University and a Masters Degree from the University of South Carolina.
